About

I am Nico. Between 2000 and 2005 I wrote a pile of metal songs in Guitar Pro, note by note, and they sat on a hard drive as Guitar Pro and MIDI files for twenty years. A couple of newer ones came later: Cool Girl in 2022 and Weird Romance in 2023.

In 2026 I started producing them with Suno. The melodies, riffs, harmonies and song structures are mine, written back then. Suno does the arrangement and the audio. Most of the videos are cut to film footage I love.

This site is about those songs: how each one came about, what I remember from the time I wrote it, and what composing felt like, then and now.

The originals

I still have the original Guitar Pro and MIDI files with their old timestamps, and I am happy to show them to anyone who wants to check.

Where to listen

All the songs are on YouTube: Niko Music.
